There are thirteen speaking spots and three for pre-recorded videos. Speakers are chosen by lottery. You can enter the lottery between 6 a.m. on June 24 and the closing time at 7 p.m. (evening) on June 28. The lottery is held immediately afterwards, and registrants are notified. There is a waiting list also. You may enter the lottery starting at 6 a.m. on Friday by completing this Google Form.
